PROGRAMS WE'RE DEVELOPING
We think that everyone should be proud of who s/he is or will grow up to be, without sexual preference, gender or any other factors being barriers. We strongly believe that LGBTQ individuals should and can lead long, prosperous, regular lives. Because of that, we're developing programs to build confidence and good corporate citizenship, in individuals, at all stages of their lives.

LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
We want to provide youth with the tools to be confident individuals, to embrace who they are and garner an appreciation for others around them. Therefore, we've created this leadership academy to expose students to various topics, including:

- Leadership Techniques
- Understanding and appreciating diversity
- Corporate citizenship
- Dealing with conflict and adversity

MENTORING
Our mentoring program is two-fold. We want to pair seasoned LGBTQ/ally professionals with future leaders. There's always more for us to learn from those that have walked the "paths" before us. ​This program pairs professionals with professionals to help them advance in their careers, communities and personal lives.

The second aspect to our mentor program is mentoring youth. We want to be examples to LGBTQ/ally youth and provide them with advice on being outstanding corporate citizens in society. For this program, we mainly pair our Leadership Academy participants with our professional members.
SCHOLARSHIPS
We want to nurture and promote proud professionals in the LGBTQ/ally community. Part of that is ensuring that our students receive a quality education. We help do that by providing scholarships to college students.

We're constantly adding more scholarships for our members and their families, and we are always accepting new individuals willing to establish a scholarship through our organization.
